With the need for perfect quality and low cost production, packaging of food products can be particularly difficult. To solve these problems, use Hindsight’s food and beverage package allowing cameras to operate in clean areas. Operators can see jams in slow motion and instantly determine whether environmental issues (temperature, etc.), line setups, or material defects are the root cause.
"20/20 Hindsight provides a powerful tool for our service team. By using the system, we can optimize our machines and other packaging equipment to help customers increase production." Russ Coffman Project Engineer SIG Combibloc |

Using both cameras, the jam can be analyzed from two different angles, allowing the problem to be resolved twice as quickly.
