Improved operating efficiency drives reduced cost of goods and inventory carrying cost. Often intermittent short line stoppages eat up throughput during a shift. Hindsight is a perfect set of eyes for understanding the cause of these issues. Just point the camera and walk away. After the next jam, replay the action and see what happened.
"After having the Hindsight camera for over a year, I can’t imagine running a packing line (efficiently, anyway) without one". Gary Groznik Plant Packaging Engineer Procter & Gamble |
